Tell us what you think: guidance on how to involve patients and the public in the design and delivery of clinical trials

Last updated on 23 Aug 2023

Are you actively involved in the design and delivery of clinical trials in the UK? If so, we'd like to hear from you.

Share your thoughts

We are asking you to complete a survey to share examples of guidance and other resources currently being used to help involve patients and the public in the design and delivery of clinical trials.

The survey is part of our work with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to develop guidance to support the new UK clinical trials regulations.

We are looking for examples of guidance and other resources that support the involvement of patients and the public.

The examples you share can be:

  • specifically about clinical trials
  • about any type of health and social care research, but can be applied to clinical trials
  • from anywhere in the world

Complete our survey

The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete depending on how much information you’d like to share.

The closing date for completing the survey is Friday 6 October 2023.

Complete the survey.

What happens to the information I provide?

The information you share will help the Health Research Authority (HRA) and our partners to develop new and updated guidance for clinical trials regulations.

Your feedback will be shared anonymously.
